Job Title:                            Retail/Residential Sales Representative

 

Pay Scale:                          Salary + Commission

 

Work Hours:                      7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends and after-hours as                                                needed for emergencies

Primary Job Functions:      Uphold a professional attitude, with a high level of integrity while representing Pyramid and the best interests of our customers. Execute by way of a consultative selling approach to educate and offer our customers the best options to fit their needs. Act as a liaison between the customer and Pyramid’s operations team in order to provide the best overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications:   

  • Ability to sell in a consultative manner while educating the customer
  • Keep abreast of the latest HVAC products and services as well as ability to inform and educate customers on features and benefits of equipment, indoor air quality products, rebates, incentives, and finance options
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal, written, grammar, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently
  • Time management, organization and presentation skills
  • HVAC industry experience welcome but not required.
